Day 1 Arrive in Lanzhou (-/-/-)
Arrive in Lanzhou to Overnight train, Train No. K917 Dep 5:15PM - Arr 9:50PM

Day 2 Arrive in Lhasa (-/-/-)
The guide will meet you at Lhasa train station, and transfer you to hotel.

Day 3 Lhasa (B/L/-)
The first day of sightseeing starts from Lhasa's cardinal landmark - Potala Palace, a structure of massive portions. It takes at least a good 2-hour to visit those rooms, halls and chapels. Have Chinese Lunch at Tibet Steak House. Some 2km to the east of the Potala is the most revered religious structure in Tibet - Jokhang Temple. The quadrangle of streets surround the Jokhang is the Barkhor - Lhasa's most interesting pilgrimage circuit. This area of the Old Town is both the spiritual heart of Lhasa and the main commercial district for Tibetans.

Day 4 Lhasa (B/L/-)
This day's sightseeing begins with the Drepung Monastery, one of Lhasa's two great Gelugpa monasteries, located about 8km west of central Lhasa. It was once world's largest monastery with about 10,000 monks. Norbulingka means "Jeweled Garden". It was constructed as a summer palace for the Dalai Lama and later served the whole governmental administration. Then you will Sera Monastery, the other Gelupa monastery. It is more serene surrounded by many small temples. The "Buddhism Scriptures Debating" in Sera is very famous.

Day 5 Lhasa - Shigatse (B/L/-)

After breakfast, you will go to the Tashilunpo Monastery.Painted in red and white, the buildings in the kloster stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view. Tashilunpo Kloster represents the Tibetan super architecture art in the Last Tibetan spirit. The Kloster attracts thousands of Buddhists and tourists from domestic and abroad to travel and worship every year. After lunch go to visit Yomdrok Lake. It lies within the boundary of Nankartse county, on the north bank of the Yarlung Tsangpo River, Lhokha Prefecture, surrounded by mountains. Beautiful Holy lake which everybody is looking forward to.

Day 6 Shigatse - Lhasa (B/L/-)

After breakfast, you are on the way toThe Palgor Chorten. Pelkhor Choede (Kumbum) also named Palcho Monastery, is very different from other monasteries. Built as a Tibetan monastery, its structural style is very unique, reputed as the lord of Tibetan stupas. In addition, it is famous for the architecture, sculpture, and mural painting art. It lies about 270 kilometers (168 miles) south of Lhasa and 100 (62 miles) east of Shigatse at the foot of Dzong Hill.

Day 7 Depart Lhasa (B/-/-)

After breakfast at your hotel, transer to airport to go next destination. .

No refund will be given, even if the cruise needs to be shortened.
