China Train Tickets Booking Terms
These terms apply to CTT train ticket, China tour, Tibet tour, station transfer and airport transfer requests.
Train Ticket Bookings
Train ticket orders are processed according to passenger passport information, ticket release dates and live railway availability. Orders outside the railway ticket release window are held for ticket issue when sales open.
Passenger Information
Passenger names, passport numbers, nationality and passport images must be accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause failed verification, failed ticket issue or extra handling time.
Tours and Transfers
Tour, guide, vehicle, hotel and transfer services are arranged after CTT confirms availability. Final arrangements may depend on local supplier schedules, weather, permit requirements and customer-provided travel details.
Payment
Payments are handled through secure payment providers such as PayPal. Some requests require manual confirmation before payment. CTT may contact customers by email to confirm the final price or itinerary.
Changes and Cancellations
Change and cancellation handling depends on railway rules, supplier policies, ticket status and timing. Issued tickets, Tibet permits, hotels, guides or special arrangements may have different cancellation limits.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry permits, correct contact details and arriving at stations or meeting points on time. CTT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
