Statement:

If you give us the wrong hotel names or address or date;
If you changed hotel within 6 days we have sent out the mail;
The names you provided hotel can not find the reservation record;
The hotel front desk or concierge refuse sign and receive the express delivery for you;
All above are nothing to do with CTT and if caused tickets lost we can not refund your payment.

Cancellation Policy:

** If you cancel the tickets have been Issued, 40% cancellation charge will be applied. All tickets issued are refundable of 60% if you want cancel 12 hours ago before the train departure time. International train ticket can't be cancelled after issued, neither for any refund. If you missed the train or lost the tickets, it’s by your own fault, we can't refund any payment.

Change Policy:

Issued tickets can not change the date. If you want change the traveling date, you have to cancel the tickets issued and buy new one. We will help you to cancel the original ticket and re-issue the new one you want. Neither can you board another train with the ticket.

No Show Policy:

Full charged will be applied for any no show without any inform in advance.
