How to get the tickets at the train station BY YOURSELF.

From now on you have two options of getting the issued tickets. You can either ask CTT to deliver it to your hotel or any personal residence or you can get it from the train station by yourself. When you submit the reservation form you must choose one option. Getting the ticket from the train station by yourself will have a great save: USD35/per ticket discount !! since we save our delivery cost and insurance cost and staff work.

Tips of getting tickets from train station:

1, to get your ticket from the train station you need to provide the tickets office your passport and the ticket issue number, which will be sent to you by CTT in the final confirmation letter of your booking. Please keep that ticket issue number well for getting your ticket successfully. You just show them your passports and the issuing number they will get the tickets for you.

2, There are specific tickets selling windows at the train station, you can fast get the train tickets , but each tickets windows also can be chosen to get your tickets there. In train station tickets windows you get the tickets print out for free. Or you can go to the train tickets offices on street no matter where if you can find. There will be a service charge of RMB5/per ticket.

3 Please get the train station at least 1.5 hour earlier before the train departure time just in case there are difficulty for you to find the tickets windows. This will ensure you enough time to getting your tickets.
