Day 2 Beijing (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to the Badaling Great Wall The Great Wall (Changcheng), totaling more than 12,000 kilometers, is arguably the most famous image of China throughout the world. It is the only man made object visible from the moon, and as one of the Eight Wonders of the world, the Great Wall of China lives up to its reputation. As the closest section of the wall to Beijing, Badaling is by far the most popular part of the site to visit). After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Ming Tombs, although not excavated itself, it displays the artifacts found in the Ding Ling Tomb the tomb of the thirteenth Emperor Shenzong (Zhuyijun) of the Ming Dynasty and his two Queens, Xiaoduan and Xiaojing. Enjoy a walk along the Sacred Path leading to the necropolis. In the evening, enjoy the famous Beijing Roast Duck for dinner.

Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Walk on Tian An Men Square and visit the Forbidden City (Known as the Imperial Palace Museum or Gugong, the Forbidden City was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties carried out their administration and lived. Now it is open to the public as a palace museum where people can see the great traditional palace architecture, enjoy the treasures kept in the palace, and learn of the legends and anecdotes about the imperial family and the court.), After lunch at local restaurant, walk in the Summer Palace (The Summer Palace is a favorite among tourists sightseeing in Beijing. Day 4 Beijing -- Xi'an (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy a Hutong Tour. Begin your visit of the city with a rickshaw ride in the old quarters at the heart of the "Hutong", the little lanes of old Beijing. Lunch will be taken in the same area at a local resident home. Free at leisure in the afternoon. After dinner transfer to the airport for flight MU2418 (2110-2240) to Xian. On arrival, meet guide at the airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 5 Xi'an (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Take an excursion to the site of the First Emperor's Terra Cotta Army (Most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. It is a sight not to be missed by any visitor to China. Life size terracotta figures of warriors and horses arranged in battle formations are the star features at the museum. They are replicas of what the imperial guard should look like in those days of pomp and vigor.). After lunch drive back to the city, discover the Big Wild Goose Pagoda (The Big Goose Pagoda is situated in the Da Ci'en Temple, known as the best-preserved Buddhist temple complex, four kilometers away from the center of the city. Day 6 Xi'an -- Shanghai (B/L/D)

Then visit the Mandarin Yu garden (Yuyuan Garden, a place of peace and comfort in the heart of bustling Shanghai, dates back to the fabled Ming Dynasty. Now a popular tourist destination, Yuyuan began as a private garden created by Pan Yunduan, who spent almost 20 years - and all of his savings - to build a garden in order to please his parents in their old age. That is why he called this garden "Yuyuan" - because "yu" in Chinese means "peace and health".). Follow with visit Jade Buddha Temple (the most important worship place in the city ,It was built between 1911 and 1918, housing 70 resident monks. Its exterior is easily identifiable by its bright saffron walls. Inside, the centerpiece is a two-meter-high white jade sitting Buddha encrusted with jewels. It is said the statue weighs 1,000kg. The sitting Buddha was installed in the temple when it was brought by monks from Burma to Zhejiang Province in 1882. Day 8 Shanghai -- Guilin (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Take a morning flight FM9335 (0810-1025) to Guilin. Meet your guide at the airport. Then visit the ?st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Palace of Nature Art?b> Reed Flute cave (The Cave on the northwestern outskirts of Guilin, seven kilometers from the city center, is a limestone cave in existence for at least 600,000 years. The entire cave is 240 meters deep, 93 meters at the widest section and 18 meters at the highest point.), Elephant Trunk Hill Park (Situated majestically at the southeast of Guilin city and west bank of Li River, Elephant Trunk Hill is regarded as the symbol of Guilin landscape. Originally named "Li Hill", "Yi Hill" and "Chenshui Hill", the hill has a history of 3.6 hundred million years. Resembling an elephant leisurely sucking water from the river with its long trunk, this hill is famous as Elephant Trunk Hill for hundreds of years.) and , Fubo Hill, which is 120 meters long, 60 meters wide and 213 meters high, stands on its own to the northeast of the city, on the west bank of the Li River. Day 9 Guilin -- Yangshuo -- Guilin (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.  Enjoy the famed Li River cruise tour (The Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo is the centerpiece of any trip to northeastern Guangxi Province. Day 10 Guilin -- Guangzhou -- Hongkong (B/L/--)

Breakfast at hotel. Take morning flight CZ3235 (0800-0855) to Guangzhou. Meet guide at the airport, visit of the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, situated in the original site of Sun Yat-sen's Presidential Office on the southern slope of Yuexiu Hill, is a memorial building built in 1931 with the funds raised by the Guangzhou people and overseas Chinese in memory of Sun Yat-sen, the pioneer of China's bourgeois democratic revolution.), which is the most symbolic site of Guangzhou. Then visit the Chen's Family Memorial Hall (famous for its exquisite craftsmanship including wood, stone, and brick carving, and metalwork using copper and iron. There are also wonderful murals. As for the carving techniques, both realistic and imaginative styles were employed to give the temple a magnificent yet solemn atmosphere.) and the Temple of Six Banyan Trees (Situated on Liurong Road, this world famous ancient Buddhist temple was built in 537 in the Liang dynasty during the Southern dynasties (386-581). More than 1460 years ago in the Liang dynasty, Emperor Liangwu ordered the master priest, Tanyu to built Baozhuangyan Temple to store the Buddhist bones brought from Kampuchea. During the Northern Song dynasty, a great writer - Su Shi, on a visit to this temple was attracted by the six banyan trees surrounding it and wrote the inscription "Liu Rong" (Six Banyan Trees). In the afternoon take a jet boat (1700) to Hong Kong. Meet your guide at Hong Kong and transfer to hotel.
