Book the train you would like to take, and fill the form which will be inclusive of departure date, e-mail address, tickets category (deluxe cabin, soft sleeper, hard sleeper, soft seat and hard seat), your full name, nationality and so on. E-mail address is very important, as it is the main way we contact you.

The form you filled will be sent to us as a email. We will reply you within 12 hours. The train timetble and quotation will be provided to you. The price includes ticket price, reservation charge, deliver charge and some tax. Please do view our terms & conditions before you making reservation with us.

If you accept the price, we will send you the 40% prepayment invoice by PayPal to settle the reservation. You can use your credit card to pay by PayPal even you haven't a PayPal account. If you don't know to use it, please click below link How to use Paypal.

When we inform you the tickets have been issued you should pay the remaining 60% either by PayPal or pay on the spot when you collect the tickets.

when we have received your prepayment, we will make reservation for you. And you need provide your hotels in the departure cities. In china, all the train tickets are paper tickets and can not be issued more than 10 days. So we will give you a email as soon as possible when we get the tickets for you. If we can't issued the tickets to you, we will inform you at least 3 days before the departure date and refund your prepayment.

The train tickets will be sent to you when you are in China. We will contact you and set appointment before the delivery. If you want us leave the tickets at reception of your hotel, please inform the reception to collect the tickets for you.
