Terms and Conditions:

1. For Both sides: These terms govern all China train tickets booked with www.ChinaTrainTickets.Net, as CTT. All correspondence should be addressed to You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.

 

2. For Settle Booking & Confirmation: Any Train tickets booking made or ordered by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant tickets subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and CTT shall come into existence until CTT issues a formal final confirmation by email that they have issued the tickets you asked. Payment in full is required at the time of making your train tickets reservation through our website. We accept PayPal and West Union for online Payment.

 

3. For Reserve Tickets & Prepayment: The reservation will be settled formally when the full prepayment is received, and the full payment is refundable if we can’t get the tickets in the end. If we manually send PayPal prepayment request email to you, but you don't pay for it, after 24 hours - the reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice. After you made the full payment, we will send you the final confirmation letter usually 10-4 days before your departure date, (4 days ago usually in some Chinese travel peak date, like Spring Festival, Labor Day, National Day etc.)

 

4. For International Train Tickets: full payment should be paid to settle the reservation as the train tickets can not be cancelled after issued. The passengers’ information will be showed on the ticket, so please provide all the passengers full names, nationalities and passport numbers which are necessary to book tickets. If there is some further requirement, we will email the details to you.

 

5. For Train tickets Late Bookings: If you booking train tickets after train tickets issuing date (10 days - 4 Days before your departure date, it depends on China Railway Bureau’s Order) we can’t not give you the guarantee about the train tickets, but we will try our best. If we can’t get the train tickets finally, we will refund your full payment and let you know. CTT will be not responsible for not get the tickets in the end.
If the clients want to cancel the late booking who must inform us and confirm we don’t get the tickets. All the late booking train tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after issued.

 

6. For reissue made: If the clients want to change the departure date 10 days in advance, CTT will help to reissue the new tickets without receiving any charge. If within 10 days, extra cost which is 20% of total price for reissue the tickets will be added to clients and we may not ensure you to get the new tickets, it depends on the train tickets status.

 

7. For cancellation made:
Final confirmation issued bookings cancellation deadline is 7 Days. If cancel within 7 days, we can not refund any payment to you. Cancellation made by clients 7 days (168 hours) before departure time for these bookings, clients can get a refund of 60% of full payment. Clients must provide the passport copies or scans for all passengers which are necessary to make the cancellation. If not provide above copies before 7 days, CTT can not refund any payment.
If we have not send you the final confirmation, you can cancel at anytime and CTT will fully refund your payment.

 

8. For Seat, Hard Sleeper, Soft Sleeper, Deluxe Cabin: Deluxe Cabins-2 person stay inside with 2 sleepers. Soft Sleeper - 4 person inside with 4 sleepers. Hard Sleeper - in one car without too much private. Seat divided by soft seat and hard seat. We provide tickets probably in same cabin, but can not ensure it. There will be the risk that clients maybe stay in the different car in some occasions like peak season of Chinese Spring Festival, National Day Holiday etc. If you select the alternative Trains and Seat category, we will change the train tickets for you automatically. Sleepers to Sleepers, Seats to Seats. And the trains time difference will be considered by our professional staff. If you select doesn’t accept any change of the seats and trains, we will not change it.

 

9. For Our Selling Price : Every train tickets price included ticket price, services cost & delivery cost (within downtown locations) and train accident insurance, consumer protection funds, so it’s various with the face price shown on ticket. For PayPal payment, there will be an additional 4% tax added to the totally cost as per PayPal’s tax policy. We are selling a packaged services, not only for a single tickets.

 

10. Consumer Protection Plan: If we send you the final confirmation, but we failed to get your train tickets, we will buy air-tickets for you, free update with no surcharge.

 

11. For Reserve Tours and settle the booking from our website: The tour reservation will be settled formally when the full prepayment or 20% prepayment is received, and the prepayment is refundable if you cancel the tour before cancellation deadline. After you transferred the prepayment, we will confirm your tour ( Hotels, Tickets, Guides and Transfers, and other services shows in your tour itinerary ) within 48 hours, a formal travel voucher will issued to you with the final confirmation. For the Balance Payment: once the tour have been confirmed, you need to pay the balance by PayPal or wire transfers at that time, you also can pay on spot when you arrive in China, but you need pay with local currency or the same USD or Euro with that days exchange rate. Your prepayment will not refund to you if you cancel the tour within cancellation dead line, The prepayment will be as cancellation charge and none refundable. Cancellation Dead Line is various with different tour products. We will inform you in our travel voucher.
